Sirius Black is a little shih tzu that was abandoned on the streets f KC. A Furry Kids' volunteer found him and took him home to care for him.

Initially Sirius was quite the mess! He was groomed and taken to see our vet immediately. He is on a daily medicine for his heart (costs .08 a day).

Sirius is a mellow little guy but does have his frisky moments. He is housebroken, BUT will have an occasional accident - he is a shih tzu! He likes other dogs, people and kids.

Sirius has very few teeth left, he lost many during his dental cleaning.

I have been neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, wormed and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting me, please complete the adoption application located at www.furrykidsrefuge.org/adoptadog and a dedicated volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible.

Furry Kids' Refuge is in need of good quality dog and puppy food with meat as the first ingredient. You can drop off donations at our weekly adoption events at the Lee's Summit Petco (1860 NW Chipman Road, Lee's Summit, MO), Saturdays only from Noon to 4:00 p.m. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
